Hoover Dam Half Marathon: Race Recap
Hope you all had a great 4th Holiday!
Hubs and I went to our friends’ place to grill and relax, being that the 4th was awesome enough to fall in the middle of the week!

While my nails were drying the other day, I pondered to myself: Lately, when running (not when I do spin, yoga, etc.) I’ve been getting this ache in my left hip. After some researching I’ve discovered that it’s my hip flexor that I need to strengthen. When I did Insanity, it really wasn’t an issue because you worked it daily. With me running more, I tend to do Insanity once a week at the most. I saw that another blogger, Run To the Finish, was hosting a 30 Day Ab Challenge. Being the eager beaver that I am & after seeing some of my blogger buds hop on board I decided to sign up ….. and at first I thought “what the heck was I thinking??”
