Hoover Dam Half Marathon: Race Recap
I hope you all got a giggle out of my first vlog from yesterday, I know I did! It was fun, though, and I’ll be sure to do it again!
This Thursday I’m Thankful for a lot…I try to make sure I take time to not dwell on the bad, so that I focus on what God has given me and what blessings I do have…makes days a lot happier 😉
I’m pretty thankful for having a PIC (patna in crime) who is into fitness just like I am. I mean, we did meet at the gym, but we’ve remained focus on our health and happiness all through our relationship. It’s great to have someone there cheering you on and supporting you!
Newlyweds in beast mode
Here’s a WOD I did yesterday via blondeponytail, even though my slight episode of dyslexia had me doing 15 burpees and 10 pushups…whoops. I also added in a 400m run in the beginning as well as 20 weighted shoulder presses at the end. DO WORK!
I’m very thankful to be DONE with my friend Billy’s painting too! (July goal recap should be super sweet)
Hint: Lots of glitter and vacuuming were involved
