I just got done with my 5 mile tempo run where I had a PR at 44:30! Man, I am always so surprised by what your body and mind can do when you let yourself push through it!

Great PR Kat! Great Quote Ang! I love your attitude. A lot of people whom have wanted to get fit fail because they start with too much too fast. I like that you notice that you need to start slow. There is actually scientific facts and studies that support it as well as psychological.
