Aside from the intermittent BBQ slab and cupcake or donut, I’ve been sure to show down on some eats I brougt with me including my beloved Larabars!
BTW, did you know that Larabar was mentioned on the Biggest Loser as Jillian referred to it as a ‘go-to’ snack?? #HolyCrap she’s a genius! Gluten free and full of flavor, Larabar upped the ante and created Uber bar! With more texture and nuts than Larabar, Uber bar is another snack that is quick and easy to carry and super nutritious to boot! With a balance of fat, protein, and carbs there’s really no thinking with an überbar snack!
Larabar also helps me to power through my crosstraining that’s been including crossfit as of late!

In keeping with the quest to gain more Crossfit knowledge and experience, I’ve been enjoying my time at Box #2, Crossfit BNI. Not only is it 7 minutes from my house but its also had us doing a week of on-ramp classes before we started regular WOD workouts!
What do I like the most? A) The on-ramp week: we learned all types of lifts and form before even starting an actual WOD classB) The staff and instructors are all super friendly and take the time to teach you even as the WOD goes on.C) Progression: workouts are listed for Scaled, Rx, and RTG levels so that everyone an work within their own means, which is encouraged.D) It’s fun! We do games and activities as warmup – oh, to be a kid again!
Hubs even find it customary to get in on the fun!
