Monday’s Motivation #52 – Closing out 2013!
Yesterday I was able to get my groove back with a 3 mile run after doing 8 with Kris Saturday! No pain and was able to even do a last mile at tempo pace! I also had some time doing Insanity Core Cardio and Balance which helped me work on Circuit stabilization!
I’m smooth sailin’ with the week leading to Diva’s on Sunday! Tonight: Our #BostonStrongTampa run! Can’t wait to honor those affected in Boston and do them proud with more time with my local running friends!

What advise do you have for those starting on a fitness journey: It all starts with baby steps. Be forgiving of yourself, be proud of every step, and don’t look back. Every step, every workout, is better than being on the couch.
