Guest post: How #Just1Thing can make ALL of the difference!
As I begin to finish packing up for Disneyland, I’ve decided to do the final days of the challenge in one post – so I can’t forget a day in the midst of crazy traveling!
Okay, so here are the movements for the rest of the week as we’ve come to the end of our #AugustCoreFocus challenge! (sad face)
Let’s bring this bad boy to a close!
Today’s Movement for 8/29/13
Let’s take it back to Day 1! Knock out an isolated bridge pose today!
Time/Interval: Hold on as long as you can, with proper form and no pain of course.
Friday’s Movement for 8/30/13
Find a buddy today! Do any movement you’d like today incorporating the use of a partner. Need ideas? You can do these movements:
Rotating Ball pass: Stand with your backs against one another and in neutral alignment with your core engaged. Pass a medicine ball around back and forth – your left to their right, their left to your right – for intervals.
Partner Soccer Throws: Lay down in a crunch position, toes touching your partner’s. Toss a Medicine ball as you come up into a crunch as your partner catches it and goes down. They then come up into a crunch and you follow suit. Repeat in an interval pattern.
Get creative with a buddy!
