We had an awesome time last night at the Twenty One Pilots/Panic at the Disco/Fall Out Boy concert! We REALLY wanted to stay for the encore, but knew Monday morning would NOT be friendly to us if we were stuck in that traffic jam 😉
After 22 miles run this weekend, I’ll be enjoying some cross training – a.k.a. lifting heavy things and riding the bicycle – as we all stay on the up & up this Motivational Monday!

What is your favorite way to workout/exercise: I have to pick ONE?! Right now I’m in love with weight training circuits with my training group, Hot yoga, and of course RUNNING!
Dream destination race/location: I’ve got a whole bucket list of race destinations (I’m completing a Run ALL 50 States challenge with a friend!) but top of the list is Rome Marathon after seeing Spirit of the Marathon II!
Workout apparel must have (+brand): Lululemon, Athleta, Under Armour, Brooks Adrenalines, Mizuno Wave Sayonaras (newest obsession for speed work!)
