We were able to dabble a taste of one of Piquant’s new creations – described by their head bartender. Infused with Vodka & Thai Bird Chilies, Piquant’s Signature Bloody Mary was a taste explosion! The glass was garnished with a balsamic reduction, Sriracha salt, and Cajun seasoning. In the drink was a stalk of celery holding it’s own ‘Bloody Mary jello shot!’ That’s what I called it anyway 😉 The pickled cherry tomato, olive, and chorizo stuffed Pepperdew pepper garnish set off the drink nicely. I’m not a huge Bloody Mary drinker, but this was an awesome mix of science, savory flavor, and kick!
