Hey everyone! We’re out here enjoying Vegas still after completing the Rock n’Roll Half marathon last night! (Resting at the moment, but enjoying it nonetheless 😉

What is your favorite way to workout/exercise: Zumba and Running!

What is your #1 cheat food: White Cheddar Cheese Its!

What advice do you have for those starting on a fitness journey: I’ve lost 77 pounds. I struggle for every pound lost, but it has been worth it. If I can lose weight, anyone can! I went from lazy, miserable, and plagued with multiple health problems to someone who is happy, fit, and active! I recommend starting with one small change at a time. You won’t become as overwhelmed! It takes time to completely change your life and so many people try to do it all at once. I believe that’s why many people won’t stick with it.

Dream destination race/location: Any Disney run! I’d love the opportunity to run the Disneyland Half!

Favorite inspirational fitness personality/trainer: I don’t have one. I have this love/hate thing going on with Jillian Michaels though….

Workout apparel must have (+brand): Nike shoes only for me! I am only picky about my shoes!
