Since coming back from Chicago I’ve been slowy easing back into training to make sure I stay focused on an upcoming 3k fun run, 5k race, and the Austin 1020!

I’ve learned some routes by our house and can run to a nearby fitness center to grab a weights workout in between! I GET BORED EASY! HELLO A.D.D. much?!

Until I find another location to teach Insanity, I’ll just kill myself with solo workouts of it instead 😉 I love all 4 of the Rounds that I have and have been working on form – the increased endurance I gain is only going to help my running for sure.
I was also excited to get the 21 Day fix in! I’d been waiting for this to come in to not only help me get refocused on food portions for meals, but also to do it with my Fit Squad Challengers!
Bouncing ALL over the place from the gym to home to work to meetings, I have to be ready to carry everything I need with me for sure!I was given the opportunity to try out an AWESOME and [even] MICROBIAL travel/gym back from Apera bags!

My Active Pack is a DREAM! I used it when we headed to Chicago and liked that it was a back pack – since I’m vertically challenged, most sling bags don’t sit right on my shoulder.
What’s so special about these bags?
Antimicrobial Product Protection – Every Apera bag is protected against bacterial growth. From gym funk?
Vented Compartments – Again with the gym funk? No need to worry about any smelly clothes as they can be put into a vented pocket for breath-ability.
Wipeable Linings – to make clean up easy!
Washable insert – so you can toss laundry into the washer without even having to touch them after putting them in the insert!
Fun NEWS:
Their Duffel bags right now are 40% off AND they also host monthly Giveaways to subscribers HERE! AND I was also given the opportunity to GIVEAWAY one of Apera’s SPRINT PACKS as well!
The awesome thing that Apera does with their Sprint Packs: The donate one to Special Olympics for ever 3 they sell! – an even bigger reason to love them!
Also, the winners of the tbt* 3k Beer Dash entries are:

I’m in need of a new gym bag. My current own is bursting at the seams, but perhaps that’s because I have too much stuff in there! I tend to keep an absorbent amount of items with me at all times. lol!
