* Play kickball at a local softball or baseball field or field of grass
* Toss a Football back and forth with your S.O. or kids
* Do a quick high intensity workout video together in the living room and then make dinner together afterwards
* Schedule time together where it’s a workout + time together with family
* Get outside and fly a kite
