What a week it’s been – jumping back into a workout routing that includes lots of love through yoga along with seeing my 21 Day Fix results I was pumped to keep the momentum going! I’ve even been waking up to do 20 Chest flies/leg raises, 100 jumping jacks, and 100 jogs in place – JUMP STARTING the morning!
This week I was able to take 3 Yoga classes at a new studio a friend helped me discover in downtown Tampa. I am able to take advantage of their new student special to try different classes – so far I’ve tried Hot Flow 2, Flow 2, and Power 1. I love them all! I really loved the challenge now of working on headstands (barely lol) and upper body strentgh – not to leave out the great stretch I’ve been getting that’s been much needed!
I’ve been still taking advantage of my WORKOUT A.D.D. doing a different workout every day. From the 21 Day Fix, to T25, to jumping jacks when I wake up early in the morning, to Insanity rounds. Good thing Beachbody gives me the goods to keep on tickin’!
Freebies one can REALLY use!
I was also given the chance to test out the Flipbelt this week on my runs too! I’ve used a Fuelbelt and a Bandi to carry goods and fuel on runs previously. My Fuelbelt still comes in handy for long runs with plenty of space for fuel, but not pocket for my phone. The Bandi didn’t stay in place so can move around, making it tough on faster-paced runs. I have to say that I REALLY dig the Flipbelt!
On their website they give detailed instructions on how to measure the waist in case you want a low or high fit so you get the right size. I opt to have my belts sit up high so that they don’t fidget around on my hips when things shake up in a run. Some peeps prefer to have it on their hips and that works too!
It stayed in place, held my keys, gel, phone, all while NOT moving around and being easy to not detect during the run!
It’s my new best friend when running – I just haven’t named it yet!
