Saturday 8/30 – PiYo Class + Walk
Sunday 8/31 – 8 mile Run
Monday 9/1 – Travel Day + 2 mile run + Circuit training
Tuesday 9/2 – Travel Day + City Walk
Wednesday 9/3 – 5k Boston Run + PiYo
Thursday 9/4 – 2 Mile Run + Circuit workout at Reebok HQ
Friday 9/5 – 1 Mile Run + Circuit Training & Boston Walking
It’s our favorite day of the week: FRIDAY! We’re headed home today from Boston but I wanted to be sure to recap my week in workouts! Nothing like staying accountable for workouts amidst travel, which you know I’m all too familiar with myself!
We were able to see so much of Boston ON FOOT which is my favorite way to see a city! Hubby hadn’t been to Boston before, so he was thrilled to come with me and experience the city as well as our time with Reebok – more recaps coming soon!
Aside from the city walking and running we did, we were able to workout at the facility within Reebok Headquarters on Thursday and we were like two kids in a candy shop! We could have done a Crossfit ONE workout, Les Mills, or play in the gym so we decided to do open gym. We ran around the track on the HQ grounds, tinkered with cardio equipment, banged on and flipped a tire, and hung out outside where the weather was sunny but a tad cooler than what we were used to.
