For this week’s Training Tip of the Week I’ll talk about another move that is either plyometric or not, the Rotational Jump!
This move, from Insanity and Insanity Asylum, can work the core in a diagonal plane of motion as you focus on the legs staying bent to work them also.
* Remember if you want to modify, don’t jump and focus on form
* Speaking of form, focus on FORM over SPEED
* Get around the entire 180 degrees and ignore that I say 360 in the video 😉
