I think I’m getting the hang of this strength training thang! The podiatrist said that my tendinitis is at bay from the load of prednisone that I did last week so I’ve been taking it pretty easy with any long distance running and modifying a lot of movements even as I teach high impact classes.
Along with being sure to watch my mobility and movements to get back to my A-game condition, I have to EAT ALL OF THE GOOD THINGS!
Thanks to Ninja Kitchen, I received a Nutri-Ninja to review after my time at Fitbloggin this Summer! BOY OH BOY!
* This review includes my trial of the Nutri-Ninja in exchange for the product, all of the opinions are my own.
To attack life LIKE a Ninja, why not use one?? Our Magic Bullet blender was ready to RIP, so this was a welcome mail call! We are honestly so in love with the Nutri-Ninja! The blades PULVERIZE anything we’ve thrown in it – even in larger chunks and it comes with two difference sized cups so we can grab and go! We’ve had a goal recently to include tons more greens and veggies into our busy days – they went from super busy to WAY SUPER BUSIER, Yes. With all of the cooties going around our offices and us having NO TIME to get sick, we have begun the VEGGIE MOTHERLOAD OVERLOAD.
Carrots, Spinach, Kale, Apples, Strawberries – you name it, we’ve juiced it for quick snacks or blended it right into our Shakeology each morning!
FUELING right, that’s how you get through a crazy week of teaching classes and trying new training methods out!
I had a fun weekend to work off too!
This past weekend I was in Orlando with my Beachbody family for Diamond Day 2014! This was a recognition weekend for achievers within our team where we came from all over the country to celebrate!
Yes, we discussed fitness and business but we also had fun and enjoyed our time together! I’m so blessed to be surrounded by such positive and inspiring people who share the same passion as I do about health and fitness!
I have a ninja kitchen system blender and LOVE IT – literally amazing what it can do – I’ve been making my own nut butter since getting it and soon will use it for baby food! But day to day it is my smoothie machine 🙂

It’s amazing girl and just a time saver!
My mom bought me a Nutri-Bullet and it’s pretty awesome too! I love throwing in a bunch of greens and random fruits to create my smoothies. It purees them pretty quickly and I don’t loose any nutrients – as opposed to my juicer. I haven’t used it for anything else but smoothies, but maybe I should test it out for another purpose.

Thanks girlie! Gotta dress up sometimes right? 😉
My mom loves her Ninja blender. She is always trying new smoothie recipes she finds on pinterest. I on the other hand, have been trying to make juice with mine. I did good for about a week, but fell off the wagon this week. Good thing the weekend is here and I can get back on the juicing wagon!
