Hear ye, hear ye – Christmas is almost here!
Not only do I enjoy December since it’s my birthday month (turning 21 over and over again is a blast), but I enjoy the Christmas season because of its meaning and the special times I get to celebrate with friends and family!
Hubby and I have a tradition of a) taking family Christmas photos and b) attending Christmas Eve services at our home church – the service was amazing, outside on the water, and downtown! We couldn’t ask for more!
I even made sure to gift TO Santa some Shakeology to try out on his gift-giving ride Thursday – he hopes to be down a few more L.B.’s he told me…We have to remember to #SaveSanta and his bowl full of jelly belly 😉
Keeping in-tune with my traditon of working out before enjoying holiday festivities, here’s a “Jingle all of the Jiggle away” Workout for you! It’s a quickie, but the HIIT burn will make enjoying treats that much more guilt-free 😉
I’ll be doing some squats between yummy meals and hope to enjoy some R & R, Christmas movies, and time with hubby!
