Saturday 2/7– Best Damn Race 5k
Sunday 2/8 – REST DAY / 4 mile walk
Monday 2/9– Max:30 Sweat Intervals + PiYo Class + Faith & Fitness Class/Group
Tuesday 2/10 – 2 Insanity / PiYo Mashup Classes
Wednesday 2/11 – 2 mile AM jog + Insanity Class + PiYo Class + Insanity Class + Fit Camp Class
Thursday 2/12 – Max:30 Max Power + Insanity Class
Friday 2/6 (planned) – Max:30 Friday Night Fight Round 2
Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day! My focus for this year has been not only to enjoy quality time with my husband….my love! Also, it was to focus on the one person I need to love the most (Aside from the Lord above) – MYSELF! I encourage others to do the same!
We tend to get VERY caught up in loving everyone else, DOING for everyone else, and not taking the time to incorporate time for US – whether it be to workout, plan what we eat and eat right, and enjoy some “ME time.”
I work to encourage others to put themselves first – that they shouldn’t feel guilty for taking 30 minutes out of the day from the family to workout …. or to take a few moments in the day to enjoy a snack and some water instead of working themselves to the bone … everything around us will be okay and be BETTER if we’re loving on ourselves first!
