Saturday 6/6– 4 mile walk + body weight exercises
Sunday 6/7 – PiYo + 4 mile walk
Monday 6/8– 5k mile walk + PiYo LIVE for Faith and Fitness
Tuesday 6/9 – 1 Hour walk + Max 30 Cardio Challenge + 1 hour walk
Wednesday 6/10 – 2 Mile Walk + Insanity Class + PiYo Class + Insanity Class + Fit Camp Class/P90x LIVE
Thursday 6/11 – P90xLIVE + Insanity Class + PiYo Class + Insanity Class
Friday 6/12 (planned) – Active Rest Day
The theme this week? MY BODY IS MY EQUIPMENT! Looking recently at some improvements I’ve seen with my own weight loss/fitness journey I have to say I’m super happy! I have seen myself utilize food as fuel better with more muscle definition (not necessarily weight loss) as well as a better fit on my clothes – always the best determining factor with results!
My legs were always my “Bug-a-boo!” I feel that with lots of PiYo and Insanity classes they’re responded to the strengthening and lengthening of those workouts without ANY weight added in!
I’m a big believer in exuding the utmost confidence because we should all be proud of our hard work and feel like we’re being our best selves!
I am NOT saying that adding in weight will cause you to NOT hit your goals or that I don’t enjoy lifting! I add in weights when I teach P90X LIVE and enjoy the challenge – I just want people to understand that you can LIFT YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT and focus on form and technique controlling yourself and STILL SEE results!
I also think it’s part of making sure I get my workout in NO MATTER WHAT – whether I have weights around or my own two feet, I make it work!
