What value can I bring on my blog?

Back in 2012 I started writing here on a blog called Sneakers and Fingers paints….yes, that was the old title!…

 

I started out writing as a means of accountability – to WRITE MY GOALS OUT LOUD for others to see in the hopes of achieving my goals I’d set out to do. Miraculously it worked! I broke outside of my comfort zone and made sure to keep telling what steps I was taking TOWARDS my goals as I was sure to not go back on my word.

 

Over the course of the last 3 years, things have changed on Social Media … or should I say EVOLVED.

 

I’ve gone from mumbling about my every day actions and eats and workouts and doing absolutely no editing when posting … a.k.a. lifecasting ….

Hey, I won’t knock on myself because it was something that NEEDED to happen. I had to work on OPENING UP and sharing my journey or else I really don’t think I would have even entertained the idea of running a half marathon … a FULL marathon … an instructor….so THANK YOU for sticking by me with support and love and making me stay ACCOUNTABLE!

My mission has now changed and my goal is to provide helpful insight INTO my life that could help others. I’ve done posts recently about my journey into becoming a Beachbody Master Trainer, our travels, my own fitness journey and how it’s had to adapt and change to meet my goals…
