Introduction to Whole Food Nutrition Group

With each new year I focus on ways I can pay forward all I’ve learned to help others and I’ve decided to do MONTHLY groups the beginning of each month to break down food in an EASY and SIMPLE way like I discussed in this POST this week.

 

Almost 3 years ago I began work on my own understanding of FOOD. I basically had to reprogram my brain and stop looking at DIETS or QUICK FIXES as a means to my happiness. I had to understand WHY I had to eat certain foods WHEN and just HOW MUCH exactly at each sitting. I also had to learn to build a foundation of healthy food starting with my daily habit of using Shakeology as my breakfast which replaced by vitamins/pills and helped me avoid SKIPPING that one important meal of the day!

 

I had to TRUST IN THE PROCESS to see that the way this new whole food nutrition focus felt would be a residual effect – not something I felt immediately. I have had more energy (I don’t drink anything with caffeine in it) since starting Shakeology, need no other pills or vitamins except joint support, have seen others in my friends and family improve their blood sugar levels, and see it as the investment that helped me learn to take a more PROACTIVE approach than REACTIVE.

This group is a 5 Day Kickstart to UNDERSTANDING HOW SIMPLE FOCUSING ON WHOLE FOODS CAN BE so that you have a just the info you need to know nutrition tips, some workout recommendations, and KNOWLEDGE to get you started on your fitness journey!

DURING THE 5 DAYS:
* Replace one meal a day with Shakeology
* Exercise at least 5 days a week – at least 30 minutes (walking, class, a workout of choice – Just get moving!)
* Eat healthy, whole food meals 95% of the time.
* Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
*NO focus on the SCALE! You’re revamping your thinking on eating solely to start a base foundation!
