I’m a Wife, Mom, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor & Workshop Presenter focusing on living life with BALANCE! My goal is to help others turn their TRIALS into TRIUMPH like I was blessed enough to do! After losing a total of 55+ pounds, I learned that hard work was the key to seeing change, not the easy stuff or fads like I tried before. I found my best self once again after having my daughter as well, finding my #MOMstrong body!
