It’s Weekly Workouts Roundup time too ya’ll! Please join Meghan and I each week as we tally up our weekly workouts – it can be any day and not necessarily Sunday also!
For the month of March, we’re partnering up with Amanda at Run to the Finish for
Spring Challenge

Week of 3/24/2013
SBBC Wk 4 Points:
3/24Walking and walking for hours = 12
3/25 – walking = 8
3/26 – Cardio Kickboxing & yoga = 9
3/27 – Cardio kickboxing = 6
3/28 – 5 mile run and then hour of strength training = 6
3/29 – Cardio kickboxing = 4
3/30 – long run of 8 miles = 8
Total weekly workout points: 53 points!
+ Sharing #bestboot posts (1) & daily water intake (7) & Freggie intake (7)!

    I love that traveling usually means lots and lots of walking- it’s the best way to see a new city! And you’re sorry, not sorry cracked me up. 🙂 Happy Easter to you too!

      haha isn’t it such a fun word?! Walking is SO much easier on everything! – just wish running was just as low impact

    Great week of workouts! I am so jealous and envious of all the time you are able to dedicate to working out! I am patiently waiting for school to end so I have some more time! And hopefully transferring schools so I am not in the car so long! Nice work!

    Great workouts this week, I need to get back to making my workouts a priority! That will be my April challenge for myself! As far as the cupcake or donut, I will say YES, to both, lol! Yumm!
