Weekly Workouts Roundup: Wk 6 of SBBC Challenge

It’s been a week of the 5k! These were a challenge for me to run now since I’m used to taking that long to warm up. Fun was had, and more race shirts were added to my collection so all is well 😉

Race recaps for the Tampa Bay Corporate 5k and Iron Girl 5k will be posted this week!

It’s Weekly Workouts Roundup time too! Please join Meghan and I each week as we tally up our weekly workouts – it can be any day and not necessarily Sunday also!

2 5k races?! That’s unreal! Even though the Blue Moon isn’t gluten free, I feel like it is well deserved, cheers to you!
