Weekly Workouts Roundup: Wk 7 of the SBBC challenge

Yelp did it again with another great Elite event this weekend! [Well, Friday night actually ;)] We met up at FitLife foods in South Tampa, which I got to visit back when I did the Chevy Fit 4 Life challenge last year. I can’t believe it’s been that long since I came back!

I love that FitLife foods takes the time to prepare all of their foods, meats, and sauced IN house! They make take-home meals for those who might want more healthy options on hand without having to do the work of food prepping – Everything focuses on the healthy persuasion and they also offer vegan and gluten free options!

We had a great time Yelping it up with samples and catching up with other buds before taking some meals home to nosh on for the weekend!

SBBC Wk 7 Points:
4/15 – Crosstraining with Insanity & 1 mi for Boston = 8
4/16 – 4 miles for Boston + core work = 7
4/17 – Arms day + cardio circuit = 7
4/18 – 5k run for Boston + core work and legs = 7
4/19 – rest day / stretch-walk= 6
4/20- 8 mi long easy run = 9
4/21 – Recovery run + Insanity = 8
Total weekly workout points: 51 points!
