Happy ALMOST-FRIDAY! T minus 8 days until Fitbloggin! (Yes, I am counting down each day – sorry, not sorry)

This week has been fabulously busy so far! Work has been productive and I’m on course to keep studying and studying for my CPT exam on July 9th after the 4th of July & after I’m back from Portland!

Good thing I get enough sleep and have enough energy yo!

Speaking of energy: I’ve posted before about how I love chia seeds. They took a while to get used to, but they are an awesome and NATURAL way to get energy! I’ve talked about using them HERE and HERE explained their benefit within another product as well.

I’ve discovered another new chia product that also incorporates my love of things in a squeeze pouch, for convenience, Mamma Chia!

(and my the way I know I’ve been posting a bit about products I love and have newly discovered, I’ve tried to save the goodness little by little but there’s just too much to share! πŸ˜‰

Mamma Chia sent me four awesome flavors: Strawberry Banana, Green Magic, Apple Cinnamon, and Blackberry Bliss.
What makes Mamma Chia different than other Chia seed products? The pre-hydrate their seeds for better absorption, and these snacks are rarin’ and ready to go, making it easy to avoid spilling the seeds or mixing them with anything else!

The nutrition facts show that there’s only 10 carbs, 4 of which are dietary fiber, 2g of fat, and 70 calories! Plus Omega 3s from Chia seeds for energy!
Apple Cinnamon was my favorite out of the 4!
I am totally on board with Mamma Chia products! They give me a taste of sweetness, plus energy, and good eats all in one happy lil’ pouch!
Mamma Chia also sent me doubles of my snacks to GIVEAWAY to a reader!
Enter to win a 4 pack of Mamma Chia – Chia Squeeze:

I can’t say I’ve ever tried Chia seeds or knew too much about them because I definitely didn’t know they had Omega-3s which is awesome because I really lack those in my diet. The only thing that scares me is you said they took some time to get use to and I am a picky eater although I have no problem trying new things.. as long as they are vegetarian. This girl doesn’t try any new animal products. No way.
