Happy ALMOST-FRIDAY! T minus 8 days until Fitbloggin! (Yes, I am counting down each day – sorry, not sorry)
This week has been fabulously busy so far! Work has been productive and I’m on course to keep studying and studying for my CPT exam on July 9th after the 4th of July & after I’m back from Portland!
Good thing I get enough sleep and have enough energy yo!
Speaking of energy: I’ve posted before about how I love chia seeds. They took a while to get used to, but they are an awesome and NATURAL way to get energy! I’ve talked about using them HERE and HERE explained their benefit within another product as well.
(and my the way I know I’ve been posting a bit about products I love and have newly discovered, I’ve tried to save the goodness little by little but there’s just too much to share! 😉
