Weekly Workouts Roundup Week of 1/19

The motto for the week: GET IT IN where you can FIT IT IN!
Link up! (I usually always do this post on Sundays!) as I recap workouts for the week in a Weekly Workouts Roundup! It can be any day and not necessarily Sunday also!

Week of 1/19/2014
1/19 – T25 Lower Focus
1/20- T25 Speed 2.0 + Taught & completed Basic training class (12 stations with 50 reps each)
1/21- T25 Alpha Cardio
1/22 – 5k Run + Taught Insanity class
1/23 –  Turbofire HIIT 45
1/24– 2 mile run + buddy workout incl TRX and barbell work
1/25- 4 mile run
Total Miles: 9

This was another  BUSY but FUN week in my world of workouts!

I had a packed house – we got too crazy to take pics! – on Monday night for Extreme Training Class – we did a little plank relay action along with a 3 round workout of circuit and strength training!

I took it very easy running this week as I do have the Best Damn Race 10k coming up but knew I didn’t to overdo it with everything else going on!

Wednesday’s all-girl Insanity class kicked BUTT with the new Round 5 that I tried out as soon as I got it!

With a set of plyo power and another of core strength and stability, I enjoyed the mix up and so did they!
Yesterday I was able to get a run in with hubs and start our morning off with our usual NUTRITION PACKED Shakeology before enjoying the Gasparilla festivities here in Tampa.

Each yea, the Pirates INVADE Tampa and everyone comes out to the Bayshore area to enjoy parade action and BEADS!
We made out pretty well and had a blast enjoying the day!

    You keep great variety in your workouts. That is my goal for February and actually to try to sustain that for the year!

    I had a girls night last night, but since I took the whole week off working out I felt a bit guilty about the extra indulgence. Your pirate IG pics were so cute!

    I wish that someone around here was certified in Insanity!!! I would love to do it myself but not a great time. I guess I will just stick to my DVDs (unless you decide to move to Kansas!!).
