Step ONE: Taking it

A leap of faith. A shot in the dark. An uncomfortable first step.

 

With the new year fast approaching, many of us are used to that being a fresh new start. A time to develop new goals for the upcoming year, and by New Year’s we’re ready to tackle it all!

 

I’ve been there before and know all too well how difficult it is to take the first step. The first step towards a healthier life and one filled with positivity and activity instead of one lived comfortably and with a sedentary mindset.

Keep in mind, THINKING to take the first STEP IS the FIRST STEP! So kudos to you for thinking about goals you want to achieve!

 

Give yourself credit for reflecting upon your personal goals and wanting to plan out the next step!

 

Surround yourself with a positive circle of influence for support and motivation and accountability!

 

Don’t let setbacks deter you from your mission! – they can and will happen!
