Week of December 13 2014:
Saturday 12/13– Off day – walking at Disney
Sunday 12/14 – Max:30 Sweat Intervals
Monday 12/15– Max:30 Tabata Power + Body Beast Shoulders + PiYo Class + Insanity Class
Tuesday 12/16 – Max:30 Friday Night Fight
Wednesday 12/17 – Max:30 Pulse + Insanity Rd 8 practice
Thursday 12/18 – Body Pump: Pump and Burn + Insanity PM class
Friday 12/19 (planned) – Max:30 Cardio Challenge
Workouts have been on point this week! On days that I teach Insanity I try NOT to do full movements in Max:30 and instead modify. I slip up here and there but have to remember I can still work high intensity without high impact and overdoing it.
New movements, new intervals, a whole new workout routine – It does me in but in a great way! Add in Body Pump for strength has kept me at home for all of my workouts this week, which I never mind!
Having the faith to get through it is so important with Max:30, rather than being too scared to try and see what you’re made of! We’re a heck of a lot stronger than we tend to think we are!
These ladies from my Thursday night Insanity class are the prime example of getting over fears (the name Insanity can intimidate a lot of us!) and have been getting stronger and faster with each class! Me = Proud Kat!
On the go – between classes and/or workouts – I always carry a ShowerPill to keep me fresh and de-funked post-sweat! These babies are the best, I’ve used them at races and at the gym, they’re perfect!
We’re about a second away from Christmas, so any workouts we all fit i – especially this time of year – should be celebrated!
Does shopping count?
I feel I’ve had more visits to the post office, the mall, Amazon.com, Target…. in the past week more than ever! This year has one we’ve been blessed to be in a happy place so being able to give back to those I love and appreciate has been such a welcome thing to do!
