Weekly Workouts Roundup: Focus on your Purpose

Week of April 25, 2015:

Saturday 4/25– 2 mile walk + playground workout

Sunday 4/26 – Super Sunday – Mashup workout (TurboKick + INSANITY + PiYo + Cize)

Monday 4/27– 5k Walk + PiYo @ Faith & Fitnes Group

Tuesday 4/28 –Walk + Insanity Max 30 / PiYo Practice

Wednesday4/29 – Walk + Insanity Class + PiYo Class + PiYo Class + Fit Camp Class/Insanity Class

Thursday4/30 –  4 mile Walk + Insanity Class + PiYo Class

Friday 5/1 (planned) – Walk + PiYo


This past weekend at Super Sunday, I knew I had a long day planned but that it would be filled with positivity.


To me, these events aren’t about “Beachbody” as the company or about being too strategic l with the day – it’s a reminder of WHY I do WHAT I do – sometimes being reminded of our PURPOSE helps us stay on that path and maintain momentum!








This is my 5th Super Saturday!  In January I got to share my story of how I began as a coach and then came home to do fitness FULL TIME and this was the next one on the docket! I was super excited to have about a dozen Team Pursuit coaches join me to head to Orlando and not only workout together but learn and bond and enjoy time in PERSON!





Hubby had a great time jumping around and doing the mash-up workout with us! He’s such a huge support, and I’m sp proud he’s Mr. Team Pursuit along side of me!


I also got to modify the INSANITY workout with Brent and Jonathan which is always fun! I love being on stage helping others focus on proper form and enjoying an amazing sweat fest!










We also got to preview the CIZE LIVE workout! Shaun T has created a new workout where we’ll be able to learn to dance bit by bit – there will be an at-home version and a LIVE version taught across the country! Sign me up to teach this one! I may not Zumba with the best of them, improvements are being made in that realm, but I love to dance nonetheless!


I’m also heading on a JET PLANE again for another trip to keep this focus and will be sharing tid bits of my trip on social media so you can play “WHERE IN THE WORLD IS KAT??”


This year is continuing to be my year to SERVE others, but it’s always important to FOCUS ON OUR PURPOSE to stay in line with that track!
