Tuesday 6/30 – 1 Hour walk + Max 30
Wednesday 7/1 – 2 Mile Walk + Insanity Class + PiYo Class + Insanity Class + Fit Camp/P90x Live Class
Thursday 7/2 – 2 Mile Walk + P90xLive + Insanity Class + PiYo Class
Friday 7/3 (planned) – Active Rest Day
We’re at the brink of another holiday weekend – begin HAPPY DANCE!
Yes, this is my recap of workouts .. I’m back to my routine .. I’m back to getting my own INSANITY TIME in! – WIN!
I also wanted to do a post around how we can focus on ENJOYING the 4th of July weekend…
I know many of you are like me, I admit that I used to have Holiday OCD. Especially when it came to those that involved possible exposure to libations and BBQ ribs .. drooling at the thought, I used to WORRY about that exposure.
Here are some things for us to keep in mind this weekend..

Should we eat healthy most of the time? YES. Should we avoid diving our faces into the baked beans to eat the entire bowl? YES. Should we practice eating and drinking in moderation and ABOVE ALL, have a designated driver? YES!
BALANCE IS KEY – it’s what our forefathers would have wanted – so lets make them proud!
