Another Coach Summit is in the books! I spent the last week of July in Nashville, TN to spend some time training with my Beachbody Live family — I wasn’t able to stay the whole time in Summit which I am sad over! We have so much going on with our house and also with the baby and lots to do, so I had to make the decision to do what was right — but the time I spent there was awesome!
I got in on Monday and got to spend some QT with my fellow Master Trainer buddies — many of which live in other states, on other coasts, and who never get together other than once or twice within the year!
Tuesday was a day of training and personal development including a massive workout with all of our formats. Then, on Wednesday we were all able to help train each format — including the first Country Heat Live instructor training!
Over 400 coaches and instructors-to-be made it into one gigantic room to learn how to teach this brand new Beachbody Live format and i was so pumped to help train them! My group of peeps was around 40 people big, and we got to see a lot of growth within one day! I felt like I was back in my first training, which was INSANITY in 2013, and it reminds me that anyone who loves to smile and be around others can be an instructor!
Our Master Trainer bunch ROCKED this training and we even gave away a copy of the Country Heat at-home version to each instructor who left the training – what a fun surprise!
This was my last trip out of the 3 that I took in July — I have to say I love traveling, but traveling while pregnant is a doozy! I had to be sure I made it into an aisle seat to have full pee access on the plane. I also was pretty cautious in crowds around my growing belly — it’s funny seeing things from this perspective now!
The rest of our 2016 trips, I hope, will be in the car driving and together with my fam bam!
Hey Katrina, I’ve been following you for awhile now and thought I need to pop in and say hi! And congratulations! When I was pregnant, I was so hyper-aware of my belly too! And if I passed cigarette or exhaust smoke, I always held my breath. Summit looked amazing. I saw that Gary Vee was one of the speakers! What a treat!
