I became a fitness coach a little over 3 years ago to help make more of a difference. I was a personal trainer for years and also started teaching classes, but it was always close to my heart to share my experience with INSANITY and how at-home workouts gave me an outlet to make my goals REALLY happen!
I’ve been in the gym atmosphere before and it got my mind thinking about how to help others BEYOND the 4 walls of the gym. I became an online fitness coach in 2013, and have since helped over 50 people lose weight and see their true transformations happen in the comfort of their own home or combining that with gym time. Most importantly, they’ve learned how to EAT simply, but by incorporating a focus on whole foods to make an impact on their system!
These people have included those I’ve met, those I haven’t met, my family, my friends – it means the world to me to help others be proactive in their health to stand over diabetes, fibromyalgia, ALL SORTS of medical situations.
This year, as I have transitioned into becoming a stay-at-home-working-mama and want to expand my reach to help even more people this year alone, I have been given the opportunity to be there for the full 365!
Beachbody changed my life when I did INSANITY, and since then I have done almost every program they have. Because of this, I know that the programs work and that there is one out there for everyone! What used to happen before, though, was that someone would sign up to do one program and then graduate and move on. Sometimes people would stick out their time with me, but if they didn’t succeed the first round they didn’t feel motivated to keep going or progress to a new program because of cost or time.

I’m opening up the doors to my online coaching to take on people who are READY to work with me for the full year and have me help them progress through their training depending on medical situations, plateaus, training needs – whatever it is, I can be there to transition you to the next level!
